These pizzas are giant! I had to pick up a medium on my way home. I live almost an hour away and it was worth it. The medium took up the front seat. I saw a driver with a large pizza and it could barely fit through the door. The single slice lunch plates are a bargain too and the pizza is delicious.
Easily my favorite pizza place, not just in the area, but in Austin. Staff is friendly and attentive and the food is next level. I've taken all of my friends there when they're in the area and so far, everyone has been thoroughly impressed.
Personally, my favorite slice to get is their Margherita, but the Pachanga is a very close second.
The nicest and most humble guys run this restaurant. The pizza is definitely authentic New Jersey style. I ordered it extra crispy which I recommend. Try the margherita, I think that's their best. The slices are absolutely massive, and a great deal for lunch time. Will be going back regularly.
First time here, but as others have stated, without a doubt the best pizza in and around Austin. We have driven by many times but never when they are open but today, as we drove by I saw the lights and made a quick U-turn to give them a try. So glad we stopped!
As others have pointed out, they clearly make their sauce. This is one of my biggest complaints from other places who use a very bland tasting sauce. But not here; the sauce alone makes the pizza! But their dough, thin and just the right amount of crispiness. Not so hard like a pretzel but not soft like uncooked pizza dough from most other places. The cheese is amazing! They are using real cheese and you can tell by the "stretchiness" of their cheese.
This time we just had a slice of pepperoni and it really was amazing! We are looking forward to trying one of their pies with more ingredients as well. I hope as this area grows... they will partner with Uber Eats or Grub Hub.
Bottom line, if you are in the area, make sure to stop off like we did and you'll be convinced how amazing this pizza is.
I tried this place for the first time yesterday. I've lived in the area for 20 years and pass by here over the years. I live in Spicewood. I decided to try the 20" pie with the toppings. All together it came to like $30 dollars. When I got home I noticed the pizza was kind of rubbery so I put it in the oven to try and toast it up a bit. The second worst thing I noticed there was barely any toppings on it. For what you pay for the toppings it kinda sucked that there was not very much. More like a cheese pizza. My wife asked why there was only one slice of onion on her slice of pizza?! She was confused and highly disappointed. I told her there was a bunch of kids working in there so they probably didn't care about it . Bottom line, I'm glad I tried it, but now I know when I drive by here every day I'll just keep driving and not stop here again. First and last time. Highly disappointed. And I lived in New Jersey for 15 years so I know pizza pie pretty good.
I’ve lived in North Jersey most of my life where we have many authentic Italian establishments and this is as legit as it gets. I usually can’t find good pizza in Texas, but when visiting Austin this is my go to place, they’re so good. Please expand to Dallas!!
As a former New Yorker, it's one of those gems in Texas that gets as close to a New York slice as you can get. True to their name, the slices and pies are big. The staff was laid back and very friendly. The outdoor seating looked nice, although we are inside.
Stopped in for a quick bite after a Service Call; got a single slice of Pepperoni and a Coke! Was pretty doggone good! Tasty and the crust had a satisfying flavor and crunch. Hit the spot!! Go in and try some of their pizza - you won't be disappointed! :)
